Looking for an economical moped to commute from Wimbledon to Heathrow.

Ideally i'd like finance but would like to spend a max £1000 inc helmet and accessories.

Can anyone advise on what size of engine, model and deals would be best (can ride upto 125 and i'm over 30yrs).

i am one of the "lucky" ones. some one tried to steal my scooter last night they did not succeed but instead they broke my front steering and steering lock!!! to a great cost!!! the vehicle crime in st neots seems to be rife is there a reason is it funding something much greater???

I can not get the info from the HD website and have not received an answer from the local dealership. I want to have the stage one upgrade done, but have heard conflicting information on installing a Techlusion module. Some say it will void my engine warranty and others disagree. Can someone give me actual facts, or tell me how to get them.

Ok... so most of my friends, who are all under 1 year riding experience, are suggesting I go out and get my licensee (have permit now) and get a Zixer. I think they are crazy... am I wrong? Are they trying to kill me?!?!?
I have only a few weekends of experience on a Ninja 250 for cryin out loud!
After my classes I would love to get into something like an Interceptor for casual street riding and weekend foraying. Thoughts anyone?

I just purchased a 1980 KZ440 LTD for my son. This bike will crank in all gears. If by mistake its left in gear and you hit the starter button, its coming off the kickstand. Does this bike have a saftey switch and where is it or how can I check it.

I just took a little break and visited the Kawasaki website. They have updated it which is a good thing, it looks and works well. But when I went to check out the 2007 Kawasaki Concours (ZG1000) I found out it is no longer in the model line up. It has been replaced by a sport touring version of the ZX-14 due to be out as a 2008. Along with that the tried and true Vulcan 750 and Vulcan 800 models have been dropped out of the line up. What is happening over at Kawasaki? Are there plans to replace these beloved models?

Is there a market for the importation of foreign used motorcycles to India - I am thinking more of the Honda CBR's, Suzuki GSX's, Etc, etc.

If so what are the import rules to bring them in, rules on opening a business in India and availability of local expertise i.e mechanics etc.
