i am one of the "lucky" ones. some one tried to steal my scooter last night they did not succeed but instead they broke my front steering and steering lock!!! to a great cost!!! the vehicle crime in st neots seems to be rife is there a reason is it funding something much greater???

I'm not in St Neots, but there is no deterrent to criminals. My friend worked in the Petroleum Industry in Saudi Arabia. There, there is no crappy 're-hab' or 'niceness' or 'human rights for criminals', they just chop their hands off.
You have got to deter these c*m-drinkers. Buy disc locks, use 2 disc locks. Once they see the locks, they will realise it is not worth the effort.
