Motorcycles - August 2006

I just bought a 1975 Honda 360. The bike is complete and the guy gave me a second frame, front fork, rear wheel. There is a title but it is for the frame that is not built up. So, as not to have to tear the bike completly down and build up the titled bike what is the process to obtain a title on a bike like this? And how would that work on a 100% custom build job as well? My speedometer cable is making a high pitched whining noise I unscrewed it from the speedometer because that is were the noise is coming from, I think the skinny cable part which has ridges on it like a file and turns around when I spin the front tire Is were the problem is at. When I screw it on to the speedometer I think it is rubbing on something in there. How do I fix it? Please help.
It has never made this sound before, I just put a new front tire on and soon after is when the noise begun but I don’t see how that could be the reason. If you need further info. please ask and I will tell.

hi, im new is this thing so lets see if it works, i have a suzuki intruder 800 2004 and i want to do the service change the oil, filter, oil filter, and i wanna know if is easy for me to doit or i have to go to the dealer to the service. thanx for youre answers and all help is very welcome ok.

i also get a buzzing sound at the speedometer when i turn the key off. maybe battery is low ?

One stud needs replacing (I can do this) but the other has broken off taking part of the manifold with it. Ideally would need to be welded but does any one know of another way. (metal set putty didn't work, couldn't handle the vibration)

I have a 1990 ex 500. It used to run perfect, then I parked it for a couple of weeks to replace the flywheel because the battery wouldn't stay charged. But now it seems like the timing is off. I have a brand new battery, I have spark and I can smell gas but the engine is not turning over smoothly? Any help would really help.

in california it is legal to share lanes however you can only go a slight faster than the car i believe its 20 mph if it is at a dead stop and when in movement i think its 15 and you shouldn't go more than the posted speed to pass someone that will be a ticket for sure. I split lanes as a matter of fact 3 chp on bikes passed me the other day on the 170 n i was white lining and seen them in the rear view and allowed them to pass they all thee gave the peace sign to me and my harley. I also spoke with a sherrif and he said it wwas what i said above so it comes from a good source and this is only in the state of california peace people

Im not really into bike but lately ive been thinking of getting one,and i have a question about the transmission.

so how can i exactly now if the bike's transmission is Automatic or Manual like in cars? i did some search and under transmission there was (Final Drive:Belt,Chain,Cardan...)<---whats that? and the (Starting System:Electronic,Kick...)????
