Buy a clymers manual off of ebay. They make one because I have it. Use an '87 motor in a 88 and newer frame. (Best motor and best frames are not from the same year and make sure you buy high quality head gaskets for the 87 motor though cause that is why they revised the engine in later models) Pro Circuit makes the best pipes and silencers for them. Order tires and rims from Dennis Kirk and most of the other pieces from ebay or your local Suzi dealer. (bikebandit.com is good too) In fact look at bikebandit.com at the parts diagrams, they'll be a big help. If your really handy and are building this from the ground up I'd put a lt500r motor into the lt250r frame. Yes there is some fabrication that goes along with this but the power delivered on that little frame is intense! I have a friend that did that and it is by far the fastest quad I've ever ridden. It eats everything up.
