i also get a buzzing sound at the speedometer when i turn the key off. maybe battery is low ?

Might be a faulty ignition module, and it triggers circuit breaker.. usually after the bike warms a bit and then it will stall...and no ignition available until it cools off...its definitely electrical related...something causing it to short.
