Once a motorcycle engine starts, the engine itself can keep going even if the battery is low. Once I had to jump start my motorcycle but couldn't get the jumper cables to fit onto the recessed battery terminals so I had to connect the positive cable directly to the jumper cable. Once I had the engine started, it continued to run even with no electrical power source while I reconnected the battery (although it was carbureted, a fuel injected bike might have trouble with no battery).
I still would assume it is related to the electrical system. Some fuses blow when they reach a certain temp but once they cool, they begin to function again. Maybe you have a short circuit somewhere an keep popping a fuse so that you can get it to start (battery sounds ok) but then shortly after it acts like the battery is dead.

I very own a save and could attempt that might assist you. turn on the ignition swap, try for skill on the starter, and on the coil. There could be skill at the two places. once you bounce around the huge twine to the little twine you're bypassing the commencing up facet of the swap. If it starts there, then once you do away with the jumper (screw driver) from it, it stalls. this implies you're loosing the 12 volt grant to the run facet of the swap. One twine is to turn on the solonoid, and the different is to maintain it working whilst the skill falls off. Do you have those wires crossed? the only to the interior (closest to the motor) could have skill "in elementary terms" once you turn the main important to the commencing up mode. the different could have skill on it each and each of the time, whilst the swap is interior the on place. If those are crossed it extremely is going to act basically as yours is doing. in case you do not have skill to the coil with the activate, then there's a topic with a fuse someplace between the swap and the coil, or a undesirable unbiased protection swap, or a undesirable twine. The + cable consists of the starter, and yet another twine is hooked interior the comparable place that factors the ignition swap. turn on the swap, and it factors the coil. turn it to start up, and it factors skill to the twine closest to the engine on the solonoid to crank the engine. discover the only that would not have skill whilst it is going to, and hint it decrease back to the swap. you may discover the priority by utilising doing this. happy that might assist you, reliable success!!!

Might be a faulty ignition module, and it triggers circuit breaker.. usually after the bike warms a bit and then it will stall...and no ignition available until it cools off...its definitely electrical related...something causing it to short.

You have a short, or a loose connection check at battery, then at breaker block and though a pain in the *** inside headlight. You will be looking for damaged insulation loose nuts at breakers or poorly connected terminal pins in headlight. good luck
