in other countries, such as Spain and Italy motorcycle racing is probably the #1 sport next to soccer. It's mentioned in the new right along with other major new events of the day. THey show qualifying and practice on their major news network. We get nothing here. SpeedTV (NASCARTV) only throws race fans scraps, and ESPN doesn't show it.
Legends like Kevin Schwantz, Wayne Rainey, Eddie Lawson, Freddie Spencer have made racing what it is and are revered all over the world for it, but they are pretty much unknown in their own country...sad.

Maybe it has to do alot with Harley Davidson. Most of the bike manufacturers are Japanese and maybe any promotion will directly compete with HD, and for the fans, maybe it will compete directly with NASCAR Which is hugh here in the states...I don't know. It baffles me.

Can I cover the primer bulb with a plastic air tight lid, then pour gasoline in the carborator to start the push mower? Wil this keep the mower running?. Will the push mower run with out the air filter?

In my state, PA, it depends on an individuals age and amount of training. But I think they should have to wear helmets, because with any amount of training, a motorcyclist could still get into an accident and die because of someone else's recklessness. So I think a helmet would at least make the death rate go down, even in those cases. What do you think?

that I recently met. We coffee, talk bikes, burn around town, short day trips. He know I am not single. I did just meet another woman that I will probably ride with too, but she lives an hour away.

He tries not to be jealous, but I think he worries. Should I just not tell him and save him thinking about it; should I stop riding with him? Should he just suck it up? I would be jealous if played guitar with another girl, but not if it was with a group. But either way I wouldn't stop him.

(I ask him to play guitar for me and I want to learn. He has zero interest in my bike or ever getting his own)

I had my Nippi trike 125cc sprayed with "flip" paint- I paid £1000 for this. After an accident, it went back to Nippi for repair, including re-spray. It came back in a nasty Nissan-type purple/blue, which is asolutely vile and nothing like the original. Because the bike went back to Nippi, and not a Norwich Union garage, they say they cannot do anything about it- I pointed out to N.U. that this was the only place it COULD go to, as they are built to order by this company specially for disabled bikers. No other garage could repair them!!! They still say it is not their responsibility as is was not "their" garage.....heads and brick walls, anyone?? I have contacted Nippi, who said they were sorry about this, and will get onto the garage who painted it the second time to see what happened, but Nippi thought it was the same colour as before, which is far from the case. Should I have to pay £1000 again, or the transport costs of having the bike taken to Derby for re-spray??Legal help??

Some tool on a BMW k1200 told me his bike puts out way more hp than my 1450cc Road King. I call BS. For some reason, though, Harley doesn't put this stat on their web site with the other specs. I can't find any official Harley number anywhere. I did find several articles in which HP was stated as anywhere from 60 to 80 hp. That seems pretty low... anyone know the real number?

Believe that "all oils are the same" if you want to but AMSOIL has the proof in side by side comparisons. Once you use AMSOIL, you'll know that not all oils are the same.

Check out the motorcycle white paper at:

Helmets are only good for up to 10 mph impact. Helmets only good for sliding on the pavement.
