Lower front and rear. just loosening off spring preload can make bike unsafe.
The are companies that make different link kits to raise and lower bike. If its a real issue then you need to get wheels built with smaller rim diameter (if you have 21" front I think you can get 19" or maybe even 17/14 combo)

Look at the rear shock. Notice is has a spring resting on top of 2 nuts that look more like washers. The bottom one is a lock nut. Loosen that and unspin it a bit. Then work the adjusting nut out until you are where you want to be. The right tool for the job is called a "spanner wrench" and you should take of the seat and rear sub frame to get good access to the spring. However if your careful and patient you can use a long solid screwdriver and a hammer. Check out this web site for setting rider sag.

your mono will have 2 large spanner nuts above or below the spring just loosen them and the jam them back together
