For some reason it's not deep enough for any kind of charger (cell, laptop, anything) to fit all the way in. I'm going on a 15 hour road trip in 2 days and would definitely love to have it working! It was never a huge deal before. Any ideas what could be wrong? I don't think it's jammed, but I've never seen a car with such a shallow power supply.

I have a 2000 Ford Escort ZX2 with a 2.2 liter 4 cylinder motor with Dual Overhead Cams, which is all stock. It has 95,000 miles on it, and ran excellent till recently when it won't stay idle. When the motor is cool, it'll run till it warms up, then stalls. It's a 5 speed, and when driving it, as soon as you let go of the gas, it'll stall unless you downshift, and keep the gas to it. It's aggrivating, so does anyone have an idea of what it may be. By the way, oil is clean, timing chain, belts been replaced, and new spark plugs too. Please help!

The turning signals (indicators) wont hold/stay when you turn. If you indicate they just flick back to the centre again.
I have been told that as long as they work and can be used from a comftable sitting position that they will pass a roadworthy.
I cannot find any specific information about this can anyone help???

Is changing the bulbs in a 98' (low beam) really as hard as it appears when I look under the hood? I'm comftorable under the hood of most domestics (or I was) but this looks like it'll be a nightmare. I work out of my driveway as a hobby. Hit me with all the shop talk you want. Tools are not an issue. I'm hoping to do a friend a favour by Sunday. Thx.

I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and its original lift supports for the liftgate no longer function properly. I bought two new lift supports to replace the old ones and the people at the auto parts store said that they were for my vehicle and would fit. But I tried to replace them and I have no idea how to! It just seems like the ends on the new ones don't match the ends of the old ones. They are both that ball looking connection. Can anyone help?

We had a brand new motor put in our 98 Ford Windstar. We have driven it for a week with no problem and today it starting leaking transmission fluid. It only leaks when the motor is running, not when it is cool and just sitting. I am wondering if it could possibly be a leak where the mechanic put it all back together. I am supposed to take a 5 hour trip with my 2 young children and pregnant daughter, is this going to be bad news for me?

Twice after leaving my Sportage overnight to cool down, the coolant level on my reservoir gets higher. When i checked the radiator, the coolant level is low I had to add up about the same amount of coolant that went to the reservoir. No visible leaks in the cooling system. Just seems that the radiator is not getting back any coolant from the reservoir. Do you have any idea what's happening? Thanks...

I have a 91 grand caravan that is in good shape except for the transmission. It isn't too serious but when you stop, sometimes it goes into neutral and you have to rev the engine to get it back into drive. What should i do to fix this? Will lucas oil transmissionfix work?
