no but i can tell you what they do, they collect tiny little metal particles and end up plugging the fuel line and this is a true story. the only thing that is going to save gas, proper tune up, proper tire inflation and slow down a little

Three guys I worked with bought them. Huge waste of money. I can't believe thay can even sell those things legally. Big scam.
