no but i can tell you what they do, they collect tiny little metal particles and end up plugging the fuel line and this is a true story. the only thing that is going to save gas, proper tune up, proper tire inflation and slow down a little

Three guys I worked with bought them. Huge waste of money. I can't believe thay can even sell those things legally. Big scam.

no they don't,,think about it for just one minute,,if they worked the new cars would come with them already installed on them,,there just another gimmick to get your money,,please don't fall for it,,i hope this helps.
