My 1999 Chevy Suburb will no longer start. It had, in the past, started routinely although every month or so, it would not for a day or 2, then would start like nothing was wrong..

I changed the fuel pump and fuel filter, no help.

The battery is good.

The engine always turns, but will not catch. When I finally turn the key to the off position, it tries to cach for a second or 2, but will not turn over.

It was intermittant, but now its permanent. 114,000 miles. Suburban is a 1500 model.

I know there is some sort of ritual like turning on the key to aux and pressing the odometer button but my fiddling is not working.

I have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt. the past few days I had smelled like what was a mildew smell. I thought the kids had spilled something so I went to shampoo out the carpets. While I was shampooing I noticed a drip of some kind of fluid coming from a black box looking thing that was mounted behind my console where the stereo and AC was. It is dripping onto the passenger side floorboard. It isn't constantly dripping just every once in a while it will drip. It also seems that when the car hasn't been driven in an hour or so the drip will stop completely. I will take it to the dealer because it is under warranty. Does anyone know what this problem could be and is it safe to drive?

I just had my $60K maintenance service done a week ago. Suddenly the battery, brake and doors light come off this morning when I was on my way to shopping. I called the mechanic and he told the battery might need to be charged. Is this normal? I didn't have any battery problem before. What might go wrong? Thanks.

My friend said not to leave the flashers on for my than 1 hour or my battery will need a jump start. I think you can leave them on for 24 hrs and still start your car..Who's right?

First and second gear on my C Class Mercedes are grating. When I go into higher gears it calms down - anyone had this problem and can they tell me whether or not this is going to cost me a new gearbox?!
