I bought a car and need help want to change it?

i bought a car that cost me about..12,379.00 us dollars. the interest rate is 11.5%
i pay monthly 277.00
have me 2 payments

i found out that the car has been in an accident (carfax)


i do not want it anymore

is there a cancellation fee to get it back to the dealership the contract was signed on may 4, 2007.

can i return it or have to pay a return fee or trade or

i dont want the car... at all.......
will it affect my credit?

i need help on this ....im really mad that the dealer did not let me know about this..

i dont know what to do but i really dont want the car at all..

I checked in Kelly blue book and it's worth about 18,000. I have a mercedez 2003 C230 Kompressor with only 56,000 miles on it. No damages, what's better? trade it in? or Sell it to a private party and start over? Suggestions? Experience?

Here is what is going on, I'm a college student and about to graduate. I have a fiance and apartment and I pay most of the bills, the thing is we have a car, but her job requires have the care majority of the time. This is a problem because in the place we live there are no real good jobs, so i need transportation to find a job in another city and to do the things I need to get done.

Key things:
I need a vehicle between 1000-5000
I live in NC
My credit is not that great.

My sister has a car that is under repossesion and I am the only person in the family willing to help her. I dont know much about these things so I am looking for help. Can she sell the car to a dealership while it is under repossession? What can she do if this is not possible. Links with information on this would be greatly appreciated.

This guy is giving me an amazing deal on a car cause he is supposedly being sent away for the marines and needs the car sold now. But it seems almost too good to be true so I am kind of suspicious of it. The only thing I think is that it might be stolen. Does anyone know a sure way to make sure that it's not? Can I call in the license plate or VIN number into the police or something to check??? Or anything else I can do? Thanks.

I was browsing through cars online at a dealership near me and found a price on a car that should have been in the 20,000 price range and is listed at 2000. being that they messed up on the price, if you called them out and told them you want that car at that price, do they have to sell it to you at the price they listed on their website?
I dont want to walk into the dealership and look like a fool saying this is what your website says... now give me the price if it wont work.

I am buying a car from a private seller. I have a title that says there is a lein on the car because of an auto loan but the seller gave me the paper work saying the loan is paid off. Can I just take all this stuff when I go to register the car or does he have to get a new title first? (I live in PA, but the seller is in NY state).

I have gone by dealerships and seen colors on cars that arent shown as an option for purchase from the companys web site. How do you get a custom paint job from the manufacturer? Is that even possible? For example, I want a hot pink xterra. Would I have to go to a custom paint place, or can I request it form the manufacturer? How much do you think it would cost to paint one hot pink??

Hi everyone,

Need your suggestion on this one: I'm buying a used car. Its a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant ES (Silver) with a little over 48k miles. It comes with standard features: radio, cd player etc. Car is fully automatic: power windows, auto transmission etc.

Now the seller is asking for $7K. The KBB value is around $7K as well. What would be a reasonable offer I should make ? My location is NYC, fyip.

Ok Help me decide what car to get. I am 18 I just graduated high school. No my dad not is buying it, and we are not rich. I will be paying for this car. I have been saving up and will put about 12-15k down. Yeah I have a good job. Ok anyways I was wondering what would be a good car. Honda S2000, Mercedes c230, Cadillac Cts, BMW 325i. You get the point- I want something that is clean, quick, and looks good. I drive a shitter right now and want something nice. I want to keep this car until my early 20s. Anytime I look up these cars I get more confused on what I should get so I wanted to ask people with experience with these models. I really not worried about the price because my grandparents are paying for it.

I just bought a 2007 Toyota Corolla S and decided to finance it for 5 yrs. Is there any way I can break that contract? I made the mistake of impulse buying the car but what I was really interested in was the 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe. I've had the car for less than a week but was just wondering if there was any way of breaking my contract without being penalized. Please let me know if you have any advice.

This is the first time I'm selling my car. I have a 1999 Honda Accord with 160K miles. It's been in one accident (Front End Rebuilt). Other Issues include: Missing hub cap, cigarette burns on drivers seat, minor scratches, dirty floor mats. Kelly Blue Book Value is $4330 for Fair and $5050 for Good.

Is it worth investing into the car before selling?
