We bought the car about a month ago, and ended financing the warranty. Is there any way to cancel it, and if there is, would they send me a refund or subtract it from the amount financed? Also, how much would they charge me for canceling. Is there usually a flat percentage amount? The warranty ran almost $4000.

the car looks good but, the air bags do not work. Please help! I need a car asap, I can only afford to pay 6500. I think that it is a good idea to buy a salvage car which usually have less miles and look better than a used car. On the other hand, how save are these cars? PLEASE HELP ME! thank you.

Right now, I drive a Yukon XL. It's getting old and tired, but I've got a big family so I need a big car. Those new Ford Expeditions with the extended back LOOK nice, and are priced right. But because this is the first model year, I'm a little worried. If you own one or know somebody that does, I would love to hear some honest opinions of them. Thanks.

I am currently at the end of my 2 year lease, in which I got a deal that is unheard of because the dealer wrote down a lower price than advertised and I took advantage of it. Anyways, i am looking to get a Jeep grand cherokee, and I have talked to a few different dealers, and most of the prices are arounf $280-$310. I am trying to get a lease in the $250 price range. Its only about a $30- $60 difference. How would I go about getting a dealer to get the payments down to the $250 price range without paying anymore upfront.

I know someone who "says" they purchased a car and their check bounced so the finance company repoed the car without calling them to warn them about taking the car back. They say it was the banks fault about the check having bounced.

I don't think the bank would have taken the car back, I think they would have given them a chance to replace the check with cash.

I think this person is lying what do you think?

We leased a Rendevous in March of 2005 and signed a four year contract. Now, for personal reasons, I despretely want to turn it in and get another SUV. We plan on getting an H3. My question is, does anyone have any idea on what kind of penalty we would have to pay in order to get out of the lease on the Rendezvous?

I'm going to look at a used car this weekend that someone in the paper is selling. What questions should I ask and what things on the car should I pay close attention to minimize the chances of buying a lemon? Also, if there is no warranty, what protection do I have if something goes wrong with car after if I buy it?
