Than offer them the Kelly Blue Book price.
“No haggle pricing” means that you pay the price on the tag.

I didn’t intend to sound sarcastic. Believe me, salespeople love “no haggle pricing” more than the public. Selling is easy, everyone wants a new car(or new to them). Price negotiation is the worst part of the job. And think about what it's like dealing with trade-ins. It would be so easy if they took what you told them their car is worth.
