I am looking for something sporty but not a 2 seater! I seem to like the BMW 325Ci, but am I missing something better? It will be a company car so due to car tax I do not want an engine bigger than 3 litres.

I am selling my car which has outstanding finance on it. Obviously nobody wants to buy a car which has outstanding finance on it, but I can't pay the finance off until I sell the car. Is there anyway around this? How have people dealt with this in the past? I know its not a unique case. Please help.

Im trying to buy a car, but as of now I have limited credit history and more than likely will not get approved for an auto loan. No one I know is willing to co-sign me, either..fear of damaging their credit. My question is, how can I go about financing a car now?

If not, how do you avoid different dealers continually running your report? You cant seem to get a accurate quote until they know all your business, and then say they can't help you (sometimes).

I've been debating an '06 Sienna van, but I'm curious if a down payment is always required, namely if I want the 0% financing through Toyota credit.
Having not gone through this process for a long time, I'm curious if a down payment is always necessary. If I ask Toyota directly, I'm not completely sure that I'll get a straight answer, so I'm asking it here instead.

Thanks.

I'm finding dealers don't have the Honda Civic colors I want in stock and offer to get it from another dealer. Today, I asked a dealer for the VIN# of the vehicle I would get that is my desired color and said I would sign a contract if they provided this. The dealer refused so I left. Car buying advice site I read indicated I should not sign anything without having a VIN# of car I was to get. Unfortunately, this dealer quoted me the best price on the phone though I'm not sure I would have gotten that on paper since they were already jerking me around by having me deal with other salesmen who didn't negotiate the deal with me over the phone.

I'm finding dealerships don't have the colors I want and I'm not ready to buy these uglier colors so how do I ensure I get the price I have negotated and the car I want while protecting myself from the dealship saying "we aren't going to be able to get the color you wanted for a few months, so why don't you take this one...."

Hello there...here's my problem. I live in Arkansas, and I have not been able to find a steady job that I can hold down, and that I enjoy doing. Recently, I went to Washington to visit a friend, and I saw a lot of opportunity for jobs, and I plan on moving up there, and taking my car with me to help me move my stuff. Here's the problem. When my father talked to the car dealership, they supposedly said that they would not let me leave the state until my loan was paid. Both my father and I are listed on the loan papers, and I plan on paying on the loan once I get settled and get a steady job, so it's not like I plan on skipping out on the car payments. I haven't checked my contract, but barring something on the contract, can they force you to stay in the state of purchase until the loan is paid off? The car dealership is one of those smaller 'buy here pay here' type of places. Any help with this would be certainly appreciated.

Either SUV or cool car. By cool I mean not something your mom would drive. Preferably newer, 2003 to now. SUVs, no Jeep wranglers or rubicons. Most others would be fine.
Thanks for any suggestions.

When you buy a car from a private owner do they keep their license plates on for you? Or do you have to buy them yourself? Does it cost money? If you have to buy the plates yourself won't a cop pull you over for not having plates? Can you get em anywhere for free like the junkyard?

I live in the country and have to drive on rough roads every day. The cars that are the most fuel efficient will break into little pieces after about a week on those roads. I cannot find any reviews to help me find a rugged vehicle that gets good mileage.
