Hi, I am looking into buying a used car. Im not sure which car to get but ive been looking at a few. I am planning to spend around $5,000-$6,000 on it. I want a RELIABLE car that would last me at least 5 good years. The type of car I am looking for is a Sedan or possibly a Coupe. I am not into performance or racing, I just want a comfortable ride. I am looking for a stylish car with preferably Leather interior. I am not planning to fix up the car, just put nice 20'' rims, sound system, and tinted windows. Anyone have any kinds of car in mind? Please leave your feed back.

I live in LA and am moving. I was living in Idaho, hence the snow tires. I don't have space for the snow tires, but they are like brand new. Do you know what I should do?

The finance man at the car lot gave us ahigh percentage rate even though we have credt of gold. I said "NO WAY" So he said if we buy a replacement warrenty we would get a better intrest rate and so we did. We were in need of a car and had no time to reserch. I called the bank to confirm and they said that is not true and we could cancel with no problems. Now i was looking on my window sticker and things listed are not on the car. This place is making a habit of this and i want to do something about it. What should i do

I've decided to buy a new car within the next couple of months, and I need some advice on trading in my current vehicle. My current car is 9 years old and has 150,000 miles on it. According to the Kelley Blue Book, that make and model - with its current mileage and condition - is worth around $2000. (yes - it's time for an upgrade!) What are the chances that a dealership would make a trade-in offer that is close to the Blue Book value? If i'm not likely to get a decent trade-in offer, what is the most hassle-free way to sell the car myself?
Oh - I bought the car used 6 years ago and paid it off 5 years ago, so i don't owe anything on it.

Thanks!

Let's say you lease a piece of **** car and you want to break the lease...what happens? Is there a financial penalty that you have to pay? Does it affect your credit? What else can you tell me about it??

I purchased a vehicle (make an model are irrelevent), and it turns out is has been in an accident and has serious issues. The Dealership I purchased it from made a very small effort to fix the issues but the bottom line is I purcased the car "as is" and I am stuck with it. I even tried calling my local Bar Association to see if I had legal grounds to sue the dealer, all the lawers said I have no case. So my question is has anyone ever found a palatiable way out of this situation. I currently owe about $20,000 on the vehicle. What if I stopped making payment and it was repossed? Would I be free from the loan? My credit is pretty good, and I own my own house, so I could take a minor setback to get out from this loan....

Any advice? I am loosing sleep over this! Any help would be appreciated.

I was just told by a knowledgable person named "Wheeler", that "The Montana/Venture were the best in class for fuel but had big problems with their intake manifolds, there are two in my family and both have gone through this problem. The new Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey are big and very reliable, also very nice to drive."

Do prety much ALL Montana/Ventura vehicles have this intake manifold problem ? What is an intake manifold ? What is the average cost to repair it ? What year did the Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey come out, if I'd like the oldest used one for my limited budget ?

and the salesman, who happens to be my boyfriend's cousin, told me he would not cash it till the money was in the bank. My car had just broke so I HAD to get another car and was waiting on a check to go through at the bank. The check I wrote to him will be okay to cash tomorrow, BUT. 2 Days after I took the car off the lot, I noticed the power steering was messed up and talked to the salesman. He had told me when I bought the car that the warranty covered EVERYTHING! Now, my car has been in their shop for a few days, not fixed, and I have a rental. I am now being told I am going to be charged for it getting fixed. I was thinking of putting a stop on the check I wrote before he cashes it, and leave the effin car there. I know I'm in a contract, this is the first car I've bought and I don't know what to do. Is there a return policy on most cars? lol I know it's dumb.. but I need advice!
