Nathan- since manufacturer incentives will vary by region, your price on a new vehicle may be different than mine.
You did specify: NEW, 2 Door, & hp@240+

Currantly, in Chicago region there is a $1000 rebate available on a Mustang GT, making the base price (including freight) $25440 with 300 horsies.

Check out the link below for pricing & options in your region:

I do not know how much horsepower the thing makes, but my neighbor has a Dodge Neon SRT-4 that cost him under 22K , new, including tax, tag, and title. He has spent almost $1200.00 more on it, and recently at the local drag strip put a Saleen Mustang, a Mustang GT and an older ('98) but with much mods Mustang away in 3 consecutive head to head passes. They were having a 'put your car where your mouth is' day, no handicaps. All head to head. Funny thing was, after the Saleen owner lost, he walked over to my neighbor and said "well yeah, but it is still only a Neon". The thing will hit 160 MPH now, which is about 10 MPH up from just over 150 MPH from the factory and is a blast to even be a passenger in. Not bad for a 20K, 4 cyl car.
