My son has bad credit to refinance on his own, what can he do?

Unfortunately the only way to get your husband off of the loan is to have your son refinance the car. Depending on how long they had the car and the payment history Even with challenged credit your bank or credit union might be able to refinance just him! Sometimes they over look the credit and and look at the auto payment history!

If your son's credit is bad, then he will probably have to have co sign for him and refinance the car. You or some friend will have to do it.

Go to the bank, get a lone, and pay it off. Then put it into your name.

If your husband signed for it he is stuck until it is paid or you sell it.
