i sold a 1966 olds 98' to a close friend of mine to help him out. i sold the car for 600.00 dollars and told him he can pay me in payments. i told him i would sign the title over when he payed me the last payment. i lost touch with him, and later found out he sold the car to someone else for 700.00 dollars. i still have the title but no car. i have no idea where the car is, and i have no idea what to do now. the police said i need to take him to small claims court to get the money he owes me, but can't find him. much help is needed please... thanks

Front Brakes. There is some yellowish/green looking stuff on the front rotors on this Honda Element with 6,000 miles on it. 2005. The car looks new and stories check out BUT... what is that stuff?

Big Threes ( GM, Ford, Daimlser Chrysler) are losing market share fast , as foreign cars, japanese, korean, german brand are taking over the north american consumer choice of preference. Could you explain in your personal experience why US automakers are losing grounds over foreign auto companies. let face it, all americans love Made in America, why not their most private possession- the beloved personal automobile?

I am looking for used car.. I found a Jeep 2004 Limited Liberty, fully loaded, minus the sunroof. 31,509 miles and the dealership wants $15,900 for it, and will not negotiate with me on the price. I feel like I am getting ripped off, cause the Jeep is a 04 , three yrs old. 2007 are already in. Anyways, Do you all think I am getting ripped off? Or is this a good deal?

Also, Kelley Blue book says 18,000$ is the SRP for the Jeeps.. I atill feel like I am getting ripped off!

How long do Jeeps last? like agewise?

About 6 months ago i sold a 66 gto on ebay for a "friend". We made no . written contract for my fee but y job entailed listing the vehicle about 3 times, at about 2 hrs each time. I also took about 10 digital photos of the car to put on the site. We made no agreement on a set fee, but when we were discussing the percentage that went to Ebay for items over $500 (5%), he said that he would take care of me instead of paying that fee. Well he went and used ebay as a place to list his car, and then privatly contacted the person who wished to buy it, pulled the listing, and sold it face to face. No is there anyway to collect on the promised fee, and also is there a way to report him to ebay and have his repremanded in some way for ripping them off??? Serious Answers only please1

I got my wife a Mazda RX8 two years ago. Now she wants a "new car", but I really can't think what would be better. (NB It must have 4 seats.) Mercs are for fat old businessmen and footballers' orange wives, BMWs are for estate agents with buckles on their shoes and too much hair gel, so don't suggest Merc or BMW.
