What type of tank do you need? A water tank, a petrol tank or maybe even a war tank!!!! If it's the last try the Army. I'm sure the MOD will be glad to sell you a second hand one. They need the money!!! lol. But I can't guarantee you what working condition it'll be in!!!

If you are in the UK visit this site www.tanksalot.co.uk they do themed tank driving days that are an absolute blast. They also sell off tanks and armoured personnel carriers at reasonable prices. Tanks are easier to drive than people might think as well, they have fully automatic gearboxes and two levers, pull the right one to lock up the right track and go right and vice versa - piece of cake.
Solve all your parking problems - someone got that last space in the Tesco carpark - no problem, just park on top of them!
And lets face it, whos going to try and vent their road rage against someone sat in 17 tons of Abbott gun tank!
