I have - although it depends on what you mean by "decent." I once bought a Ford Probe for $500 that lasted pretty well, never broke down or anything - even though I did some crazy things with it like running it flat out on a go-kart track. On the other hand, its paint looked like a sunburn in gray, the air conditioner was shot, and the interior smelled of cat urine. You usually need to be patient to pick up those kinds of deals.
