I saw this commercial on channel 42 Discovery but did not get a real good chance to listen to it. It sounds quite funny, I was wondering if its available for viewing on the internet.

I'm a junior in high school with a limited car budget.
My parents won't just go out and buy me one because they want me to learn "the value of a dollar." I have been saving for a while, but I only have a couple thousand. My parents have offered to double whatever I save, but that still doesn't get me much. [example: $2,000=$4000 after their contribution.] I can't get a job because of all my after school extracurriculars, but I need a vehicle to transport me to and from home. Any suggestions for a savvy car buyer? What models/makes/years do you suggest for a budget-concious girl that needs a ride?

any help would be appreciated!

We just ( today) bought a 1996 Honda accord because our van has been in the shop for over a month and we badly need a car until it gets fixed and we can sell it. So we decided to get a small used temporary car until then. So we got this car and once the van is fixed and we no longer need the accord, my parents are going to sell the honda accord to me because I will be needing it soon.
The car is dark green and we got it for 4,500. Does that sound good?

I keep hearing about how you could get good prices on cars almost 90% off the retail value by buying them from a seized car aution. I checked out some websites, but all of them had some type of member ship fee. I don't want to pay for some thing and get a crappy listing of old cars or car autions. Is there any way I can go straight through the government to find where they will hold these type of auctions?, or at least a free website.

I hocked the title to my truck for some fast cash. But the balance plus outrages interest is due in 30 days. Is there a finance co. that buys theses types of loans for a lower interest rate and monthly payments.

I just financed my first car (I usually just buy outright, but because of that, I don't have as much credit as I could, so I financed this one to help build up my credit). I don't know how exactly the payments work. Will they send a bill every month, or will they just tell me the date it's due every month? My husband says he saw on the paperwork tha tthe first payment will be due on 10/16. Does that mean it will just be due by the 16th every month?
My father says they might give me a booklet (like with a mortgage) that I feill out and send in every month. Anything you could tell me would be helpful. Thanks!

(This is a continuation to my last question)

Now I have a very high interest rate on my loan, over 20% for 48 months. I was told that I could make payments towards the principle amount along with the amount that I am suppose to pay and that will lower my loan amount, which would cut the interest pay off the loan amount, is that true? And if so, what happens to the interest? Would I have to pay for it or does that go out the door once I finish off paying the amount? I plan to pay off the loan amount before the 48 months, and also is that a good idea? I was told I should just pay the whole amount without paying towards the principle but someone else to me to pay the original amount and makes payments towards the principle also. He told me to send in what I could even if it's $100 every 2 weeks, is that a good idea? Please help me!

I am planning on listing my car- a 2006 Lexus IS, it's practically a brand new car, although I am still financing it. Would there even be any buyers? What are the listing fees on ebay for autos? Is it $80 in total? Also- how do you ship a car to someone (if that person lives elsewhere)??? I need to sell this car.

I am looking to start the bid around $28k. Suggestions and how to go about selling?
I have sold alot of things on ebay, but never an auto and Im pretty sure it's a complicated task.

Thanks!

REALLY how reliable are the hyundai tuscon's and how is the gas mileage of the gls model. i was thinking of buying one based upon the warranty alone but i am concerned about the gas milage with the 4wd model. it's listed at 19-24 mpg but who knows what people get. i generally do not drive faster than the speed limit and have kept up with the maintenence on prior vehicles to the point of being anal.

any advice or suggestions are greatly appriciated. if you own one that's even better advice

thanx
