ebay. look for a kia thats a year or two old. they devalue fast so you could get a good deal. also it would still be under the original warranty. i've had a kia for 5 years and its the best car i've ever owned.

I'm not sure you would want to buy that car if you found it for $4K. Sounds more in line with price on a motorcycle, but Good Luck!.

If you're looking for a car with that low of mileage for that low of a price you're either in dream land you're gonna end up with a car that was totaled, or something that doesn't run period. Sorry but I don't see it happening.

try something like a used KIA....or look in the classified ads for people selling cars
