Hello, I currently reside in new York and a close relative of mine lives in Pennyslvania and essentially the laws do not allow somebody w/ a junior license to drive without a parent. He is 15 and going to be 16 soon, is this legal.

How are the laws of Pennsylvania?

Sedan Deville with all new starting and charging system, wires, fuses, etc. are good. Car still will not start! Car began to get picky about 7 months ago, once or twice a week wouldn't start, but if you gave it a few mins. and tried again, it fired right up. Now just nothing, no crank at all. When you turn the key it's like trying to start a car with a dead battery, but that is obviously not the problem. Could the issue be with the key/ignition computer chip? The owner works at a cement plant, so it is very dusty. We thought it might be having an effect on the contact, or the reading of the chip in the key.

I live in Minnesota and like having a 4 wheel drive vehicle in Winter. Would AWD vehicles be as effective as 4WD on snow and ice?

hello, i have 1992 nissan maxima. there is 2 wires attached to the positive side of the battery. the smaller wire seems to get very hot after i start the car. also when i disconnect that smaller wire the engine idles a little higher. then when i reconnect the engine idles a little slower and the wire gets hot again. also when i disconnect that wire, my brake light comes on. i step on the brake and i hear a click coming from my shifter and the light goes out. very confusing but i think i may have a short or something. to make things simple, i have a wire coming from my positive side on my battery that gets hot. does anyone know where the wires go from the positive side of the battery on a 1992 nissan maxima. thank you

Have an International truck with a gas carbureted engine. The left saddle tank fuel pump has quit working. Would like to replace the in-tank original fuel pump with an external fuel pump. The external fuel pump would have to draw from the bottom of the tank to the top of the tank. Was wondering if a fuel pump with a 4-7 lb. pressure rating would draw from the bottom of the tank all the way to the top of the tank and to the carburetor?

Ok my car was running fine. I got to work and as i was parking it the battery light came on and the windows went up very slowly. I turned the car off and tried turning it on again. It didn't work. I let the car sit there for a little and tried restarting it, and it worked. I then turned it off and went to work. When I left the car started fine. I was driving home and the battery light came on. The lights and radio went out and then the power stearing went. A few seconds later the car died. I was able to push it to the curb and i tried starting it again, but it didn't work. It's a '99 mazda 626 6 cylinder. Is the battery just dead? Please help it is the only car I have at the time and i need it.
