Does this sound like a fair price? It includes labor.

I want to make sure i am not getting ripped off.

how much per hour do you get charged/or charge for labor?

Just want to clarify if it is an engine under 1.4 that keeps the tax down and is it different for each car and also a pegeout 307 estate would it be dear to insure?

My friend has a 99 contour and the front driver side window has come off the track. I haven't looked at it yet but she has tried to get the door panel off to get it back on the track. She told me they took out all the screws and tried pulling it every which way. It feels like it gets hung up somewhere around the door handle like there is a screw or something there but can't see anything. I'm going to go look at it this weekend and wondering if there's anything i need to know to look for to get this panel off for her.

I bought a car (1996 bmw 318ti) with 84,000 miles on it about 3 weeks ago. The car has no heat, leaking anti freeze, the airbag light is on, and it idles rough. The dealer that I bought it from told me that he would fix the heat and all other problems when I bring it that following weekend.

Well, I bought it back 3 weekends in a row and the heat isn't fixed or any of the other problems! The wind chill in NY is 17 degrees this week and I have a 3 year old who is freezing. He keeps making excuses (the part is not in, or the part is coming in, or its hard to fix)

What can I do to scare him a bit and make sure my car gets fixed this weekend. P.S.- My BMW 2 year bumper to bumper warranty just kicked in this week.

I'm at a red light, needing to make a right turn into a three lane road.

There is a green arrow opposite me for people to turn into a three lane road.

I see no cars in my lane and make the right turn and notice that the Suburban coming towards me went straight into the far right lane, the one I was turning into.

Now wasn't that Suburban supposed to go to the far left lane and gradually blink into the right lane?

What is the law of this.

The reason I'm asking is because she was so angry at me, thinking I was in her lane she almost ran me into the gutter!

trying to get my car back together. i got a code of P0135 ( bank 1 sensor 1) for the o2 sensor heater but i don't know if it is upstream or downstream. also a code came of P0401 for egr flow insufficient? i'm lost with that one. also if anyone knows how i can at least reset my check engine light. i've tried pulling a cable off the battery but it came back on after 20 minutes. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
