Go to someplace like Midas and get an estimate. Labor can run from $20 per hour to $80 per hour depending on where you live. With no problems, I can do a brake job like this in one hour. I usually pay from $10 to $40 for pads and $20 to $150 for a set of rotors. You'd didn't state what kind of car you have so this is the best guess I can give you. Full size Chevrolet's tend to be the cheapest and small foreign jobbies much more expensive.
Remember, you pay more for parts and labor for a Cadillac or Mercedes than a Chevrolet.

Depends on the car.
I had a Subaru which had rotors that cost less then the fee to turn a rotor so every brake job, it got new rotors instead of turning the old ones.
Some cars the rotors are expensive... $50 or $100... maybe more.... If they need replacement rather than being able to resurfaced you have a huge bill.
Then the brakes may need repair or replacement of the wheel's brake cylinder(s)...
Brake jobs can be as cheap as $99 for all 4 wheels to $300+ a wheel.

It depends. It's probably a fair price considering you are getting new rotors.
You can go to Midas and they will give you a lifetime warranty on the brake pads. The trouble with that is they put in hard pads and instead of the pads wearing, the rotors will wear. So if you are already replacing the pads and rotors then the next time it happens you're already covered and they'll replace them for free.

Pads are no longer linked to the rotors. they only touch the rotor while utilising the brake to decelerate. in any respect different circumstances they stand removed from the rotor. They even have their own mounting device this is on the physique. Take the vehicle to a distinctive brake professional. If any rotors are warped, it's going to make the vehicle shake while employing the brake. this is probably no longer risky in spite of if it is going to placed on out the rotors AND pads swifter. on occasion the rotors could be 'grew to become' on a gadget to take the warp out of them. this could merely be carried out once or twice in the previous the rotors must be replaced.

Unless they are gold plated. Ask around front brakes are not that difficult to change. Check autozone.com they can tell you how much the front brake pad and rotors cost. You probably know someone that could use 20 or 30 bucks to change them for you.
