My friend has a 99 contour and the front driver side window has come off the track. I haven't looked at it yet but she has tried to get the door panel off to get it back on the track. She told me they took out all the screws and tried pulling it every which way. It feels like it gets hung up somewhere around the door handle like there is a screw or something there but can't see anything. I'm going to go look at it this weekend and wondering if there's anything i need to know to look for to get this panel off for her.

You may need a door handle remover a specialized tool for taking out the locking ring behind the handle.
Look carefully for screws there sometimes somewhat hidden
At the bottom it is usually simply a pushpin type connector.
