Tire cupping is a wear pattern on your tires that are caused by numerous conditions of the car, such as worn shocks/struts, an alignment needs to be done, worn front end components,or tires out of balance. Best to take the car to a front end specialist who can propwerly diagnosis the condition of the car and make the correct repairs. Unfortunatley you may need to replace the effected tires in order to obtain a correct reading for the alignment measurement.
good luck........

It means you have a suspension problem and needs to checked out. Cupping means that the tire has a worn spot and the tread is kind of scooped out in spots. In other words, the tire is wearing unevenly.

Cups are depressions in the tread. The usually indicate bad shocks, or low tire pressure.

means the tire has high and low spots in the tire. kind of like being out of round. the causes are various, could be bad ball joints, bent spindle, front end alignment or out of balance. Could also be that you purchased a bad tire. i.e., tire had soft rubber or poor/improper cooling in manufacturing - typical to third rated tires. Also depends on where you drive. e.g. not letting your tires warm up slowly in cold winter weather. i.e. burning out or peeling rubber before the tires warm up.

Yeah you probably have some sort of alignment issue. If your tires are really worn you will need to replace them as well as having the wheels aligned.
