Okay i was caught speeding 85/55 on the high way and was given a tickett and at the same time he gave me two more tickets one for weaving or changing lanes improperly and the other for tailgating the person in front of me...So.. my court date is 2mororw 11/06/06 and im worreid because i am in the army and My job in the mlitary is Military intel and i will lose my mos if i get convicted whats my best bet in this situation and what should i do or say at court cuz i have to go to court wasnt given a option to choose to pay or go to court =/

I have been watching takeoff videos on YouTube from the passenger's window view, and I noticed that some planes seem to deadbeat after climbing about 1 minute. They seem to have difficulty reaching any height and they look like they are moving more horizontally than vertically. Others, like the 737 and the 757 go up effortlessly and with their nose pitched very high. Also, I noticed that some models of aircraft don't even get close to reaching the clouds after more than 5 minutes of climb! How high up are these seemingly unreachable clouds?

I have a 97 Honda Civic ex Vtec auto with approx. 155k on the motor and tranny. I have had no problems with it going in gear or shifting. But today when I drove approx 20 feet it slipped going into 2nd gear and approx 100 feet later there was nothing, like it was in nuetral, even when you put the shifter in park. But when I shut the car off for approx 5 minutes I can drive it another 20 feet before it does it again. It has fluid in it so that cannot be the problem. If anyone has any suggestions before I buy a tranny or part the car out that would be great.

and i need to pull the starter clutch but i dont have the special tool needed and i cant find a bolt that big to try and get it off that way the special tool is 59.00 and looks like a bolt with a tee handle welded on

I'm currently trying to decide between 2 different vehicles and need some input/advice - here are the stats:

'06 Chrysler 300 Touring, leather, heated seats, 17" alloy wheels, 8K miles, 0% financing...$22,500

OR

'06 Dodge Charger, clother, non-heated seats, 17" steel wheels with caps, 0K miles (new) 0% financing, $20,000

I drive a 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7L and I was wondering what should I do to get better MPG (i dont carry anything in it but myself and tires are constantly checked) so is there any kind of exhaust system, intake system, or mod chip I should look into?

My car doesn't have a compus, and I would like to have one. The only thing I can think of would be a GPS system. They are so high-tech and expensive. Is there one or something else that would be good if I just want to know what direction I am going? I don't care if it has GPS as long as it is simple, reliable and affordable. My 929 was overheating, had one place check it out, said cracked head gasket. Took it somewhere else, they replaced radiator, fan clutch, hoses, etc. we picked it up on Friday, Saturday we noticed our heater was blowing cold air. We called the shop they said to bring it in on Monday. Sunday we drove it somewhere, blowing cold air again, and we noticed a really squeaky belt. Then the car started shimmying, and had a loss of power. When we got to a safe spot and turned the car off there was smoke coming from the engine! (It never overheated on the drive) Later when we went to drive home it was still running very rough, and the acceleration was very poor. It was like we could not go faster than 20 mph! So we left it at our friends house and got a ride home. None of this was happenning before! What did they do to our car!!!

I am taking my california driving test in a few days, and the DMV website says that I need proof of financial responsibility. The car that I will be driving is insured under my friends name, but it does not have my name on the insurance. If I bring his proof of insurance for the car does it count as proof of financial responsibility for me? If not, what do I need to do?

I am looking for a transmission for my 93 ford ranger. It is a manual trans. 5 speed. Its a 98 Honda Accord with appx 30K miles (pretty low mileage). But has been mainly lying in the owner's driveway for about 5 months.

The registration has expired. Hence the owner wouldn't let me test drive or take it to a mechanic. There lies the dilemma.

I let the engine idle and sounds OK. But the owner does not have any maintenace record.

What should I do? I'm in MA.
