You can't see in the mirrors most of the time, you can't see almost anything when people shine lights in your face, when they don't dip their lights you're virtually blinded.
yet other people seem to fly past like your standing still.
Started driving in March, and frankly driving at night scares the **** out of me!

1993 Chevy Lumina 3.1 intermittent stalling problem. New gas tank, fuel pump, control module, 3 new coils, plugs, wires, IAC valve, fuel and air filters. Good pressure at the fuel rail. Car stalls under different circumstances (at idle, driving 50, slowing to a stop). OBD shows a 12 (handshake) code and nothing else. Any ideas?

When it dies, sometimes it restarts right away, sometime I have to wait for a few minutes.

There seems to be a big problem with the whole issue of speed detection equipment. What is the problem....why do people feel so hard done by. If you obey the speed limits then you should be glad thet there is a system in place to adress those who don't.
Or do you not understand the differance in injury in relation to the speed? Speed limits are there not to reduce accidents....they will happen, but to reduce the sevirty of the injury sustained. Does this not make sense

Will this damage the alternator? Is this considered a "repair" job or just a "clean up" job with the alternator. Is it necessary to totally disassemble the alternator to get this stuff out of there? This is a very expensive car. And my insurance company is giving me a big hassle about this. I need to know if its a repair, or just a cleanup. They agree to pay for repair by damage mouse, but not for clean up. This is a MAJOR ins co., statefarm, to be specific.

Often I try to imagine what it felt like to be that last OP sending the last message on the circuit before it was shut down. What do you suppose those last messages were beyond routine traffic and train orders? This happened in the 1970s I think.
