I'm torn between Syria and Italy.

The 3 times I've been to Italy I've made a rough estimate of the number of dented cars, and I always counted at least 30% damaged.

But in Syria I remember seeing a car driving in the wrong direction on the motorway...

I come with yet another car question. Today i test drove a 85 monte carlo. Car drove beautifully except when i brake, theres sort of a rumble on the front left side. When not braking the car is perfectly fine. Does this sound like a warped rotor or somethin worse.
Thanks,
Mcgee

Lately when we have gas in the car it ends up dieing somehow and doesn't want to start for a few minutes, then starts again. The fuel filter is new, it has oil I'm pretty sure, new heads and head gaskets. Why is it dieing like this? I put a gallon in today to drive it around the corner and it died on me. I don't know what it could be. Could it be fuel injectors, fuel pump...what????

Dodge motor, 318, v8, it locked up tight, wouldn't move. Put a lubicator down the spark plug holes to try loosening it up. Put a big wrench on the main pulley and the pulley now spins but the pistons don't move. So here is the q?, why does the main pulley stack turn but the pistons do not. I know why as I have already taken it apart. First correct answer will be chosen as best.

Consider this: the wheels of a box car are solidly attached to their axels, always turning at the same revolutions per minute as the axel. As the train enters a curve the outer wheel must turn faster than the inside wheel . Neither wheel can slip on the rail or extreme wear would result due enormous weight. How is this accomplished? I have asked this question many times over many years and only had one correct answer. Railroaders disqualified!
