i need the assistence for manufacturing detergents, soaps. abt raw material,suppliers, machinery, projested cost for small scale, future prospects etc. insted, if any other thing like easily manufacturing or repackging type pls tell

Hello. How does it work when you are a new nail tech working for a salon and you are building up your clientele (making hourly or commission, whatever)...Once you have enough clients to be able to switch over to rent, does the salon just hand over their clients addresses and phone numbers to you? Or do you have to obtain these things on your own and move to a new salon? (The reason I ask is if you are renting then they should be your clients and you should have access to all their information right?)

I had won an item in good faith from an Ebay Seller. The item was received damaged, not like the picture shown and in general in very poor condition.

The reply i received was...'What do you expect for £5.00',

My point is .. Doesnt it really annoy you when this happens and as a result im very wary of dealing with ebay ....

For some time,It has seemed that the only way I could earn what I'm worth around here(FL), and make ends meet, was to do side-work, Now that has become full-time and then some. I can do almost unlimited work as a diesel mechanic for a small co. that wants to pay me by the job very well but as a contractor. I would like to find instructions on paying taxes, s.s, comp.?,unemp.?, incorporation, licensing, etc., to make this a legal and more secure thing to do full-time. I know a lot of other tradesman do this, plumbers, carpenters, painters, etc., but I was hoping for a website or association so I can work on setting myself up in business at night while I'm off. I'm particularly worried about getting injured in a work accident. Also any information preparing towards a business loan, towards more equipment and tools later would be helpful.

I want to find a site looking for a free setup for a premium rate sms service were they take a percentage of my revenue from the text messages and they pay me after the sms has been made. My books are sci-fi, mystery, adventure and ghost stories. I advertise on free ads and google book partner and any place I can get an add cheap or free. I get lots of hits but no sales and the material can be downloaded or bought in print the downloads sell for $1.88 to $4.38 so should be cheap enough for anyone to buy but sales are very slow. Would appreciate any advice on how to stimulate interest or increase sales which are in the toilet right now.

If an employee simply scans the gift card at the register to which they are logged on to, they can void the transaction an pocket the brand new activated gift card. It works, and seems too easy. What are the risks? just seems like a little bonus if you ever need some extra money, especially if your work has the visa gift cards.
