there are people where i work that know my name and i have no idea who they are. i am a courier for a bank and the reason they know who i am is that i am on the list of employees who work there. i would like to know their name but have no idea how to do it. how do i go about doing this?

How do you file for rights to a company or business name? I thought that filing for a "fictitious name" was the answer but it clearly states that this does not create any "exclusive or any other right in the ficticious name."
