Some would suggest that organizations are about making money, and that keeping emotions away from work.?

How would you argue this? Would you argue for or against it? Why? Please be as descriptive as possible and cite sources please!

I think most *for-profit* corporations exist mainly to make money, and this is generally accepted by the US government. Their *job* is to make money for investors.

Emotions at work could increase liability in an altercation (lawsuit for slander or libel) or make for a weaker party in a negotiation.

One might read Naomi Klein, Robert Putnam, or Michael Moore.
