I'm not sure you can, because you need to be able to verify yourself. You can ask people not to pay via paypal and only accept cheques etc, but I think to become a seller in the first place you need paypal or something really similar.

To become a seller you'll need to:

1) Verify your identity

2) Select your preferred method of paying seller fees

3) Offer PayPal or a Merchant Account Credit Card as a payment method

You can certainly ask for people to pay you in a different way - but I think the problem might be that Ebay usually takes it's fees from you with paypal

Sorry, but I just don't know had my account # stolen one time buying on the Internet, that stop me. Now I buy the 100.00. bank cards, if I want to order games or make a donation.. It really a lot better for me. each card has a different account #. threw this in , to those that has had the same problem. Good luck.with your sell.

eBay owns PayPal .. if you accept payment via PayPal, they get a nice 'cut' of all payments .. that way eBay gets paid twice ...go figure ..

yes you can,,,just get people to pay you by direct debit or money/orders,,,,,you dont need pay-pal to sell or buy on ebay
