I want to find a site looking for a free setup for a premium rate sms service were they take a percentage of my revenue from the text messages and they pay me after the sms has been made. I have found a few where you pay like £200 setup and you keep all the money, i just want a free setup and somthing like 50% of the money. anyone know where i can look???

I doubt it .. you could ask one of the big retailers (eg Car Phone Warehouse) who deal with all the major airtime providers ..
However I'm going to guess they will all ask for up-front fees (after all, if they didn't charge up front they would get swamped by people asking them to set up a 'premium rate' lines, with some making minimal or even zero revenue (with no callers at all)).
