Setting up a business, baby sitting?

I want to set up a baby sitting bussiness where we could make crafts and sell them and I would keep a small portion, and sell craft kits that I'd make from stuff at Wal-mart, and then sell it there, but I was wondering what are the steps? Do I need a business license? (This is a 13-year-old's question, really, not mine) If I'm a juvinlie do I have a specific regulations or taxes I need to know about?

Whether you need a license depends upon the jurisdiction. Go visit the courthouse.
