I am planning to file a California corporation and a US trademark.

However, I'm not sure what to do and in what order. Here's my tasks and some background info:

-I am forming a direct response company for 3 very different product lines.

-I will be getting some products from China and some I will develop here in California which I will be marketing/selling. The Chinese product source is secured (it's my colleague in China).

-I must form a US trademark for the China product lines.

-I want to put all of this under a single corporation

-I haven't started the business yet (ZERO has been done)

What should I do and in what order?

Well actually i'm trying to help my mom out. I want to sound professional. I could use some help. Starting from the Dear whoever to the part where i go sincerely the name. or however else it should be. I don't know what type of membership it is. Do I even need an excuse. My mom just doesn't feel like working for that company anymore. She says she pays 100 bucks a month for membership.. thats all i know. So can you start me out with some template to write the letter. thanks.

I have no electricity in my van, so I would use a laptop, and hook a printer up to it to print the invoices. I need to be able to add pst. I may be selling shirts. I get 25% commission on my sales. Sound good? I'd have my own branch. The price is set an $15, it costs $5 to ship (I'm not sure if it's $5/shipment or per shirt. I'm finding that out), I get $3.75/shirt. I can earn more money by setting the price a little higher, but probably not a good idea, or after selling a certain amount of shirts my commission becomes 30%. Sound good? I will have more questions. Thanks

An old associate of mine, who I thought hated me, called me up out of the blue, i hadn't talk to him in over 8 months and said they wanted to hang out with me. Then once we met up he said he wanted to take me to this seminar, I said cool. I went and this lady had this cheap presentation, the stuff sounded really weird, and some if was kind of sketchy. Then they wanted me to sign on the dotten line, and if i dint it would be a huge mistake. i said ill think about it, my friend or thought he was a friend said that next week he wanted to take me to another meeting. I kind of felt used, i thought the dude really wanted to hang out with me but instead he wanted me to sign to Primerica. I did some research and heck no, i will not be signing anything. hopefully they don't call too much, and ill just tell my friend of w.e im not interested.

im in first yr of uni and we watched a video onthe the profitablity of oil and gas. basically iwas thinking that ill wait a few years until a new form of energy is used to power cars such as a new type of feul or i heard somthing about hydrogen cells to power cars, or even using neuclear power to power cars...when this happens ill jump on it and start making parts that you need to the car with...for example, hydrogen cells, im sure bmw wont make the cells them selves they will purchase it from a company that makes them. i think this is a good idea beacuse firstly itll be a new techonolgy so there will be alot of room to grow, and with every new technology som really big companies cant adapt to change and go out of business, making room for people like me...so what do u think?
