VERY bad idea to ask about it. Bosses are funny about this kind of stuff. Someone here asked when we were gonna get our grocery store gift certificates (that we usually get at Thanksgiving). The boss heard and decided not to give them to anyone at all because he was so mad about it! Just sit tight. It's been a tough year for most businesses so even if your co-workers said they got one last year, doesn't mean anything. Just be patient and wait.

Don't ask!!! A bonus is not something you should be asking about. I would just wait and see if you get one, but don't spend now, thinking you will be able to cover the costs with a bonus check that you may never get! My husband also works for a small company, and every year he gets a bonus, but the amount has varied from year to year.

I would check with a co-worker. You can always say something to the effect of getting a Christmas bonus at your last job and you were just wondering.

Why don't you ask some of your Co-Workers...or possibly jokingly ask and see what your reaction is. If it seems negative then say "Just Kidding!"

ask one of your co worker who were there last year, I was wondering the same thing because my boss is so cheap so I ask a co worker and he said NO
