I want to start my own toys and sell them. I have the idea of what i want already. But I dont know where to go to get them made....

It depends on what toy it is you are trying to make/manufacture and at what stage you are in. If you've made a prototype of the toy, and it works, then depending on the materials used, you can contact small manufacturing units.

First of all get a patent attorney to be sure you are not infriging on any rights out there. and patent them before showing these to be made. Make a prototype it is required for the patent.Then show your toys to some of the big boys like ideal or hasbro or other and offer to give them a copyright to make them for you.
