You might start by contacting the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (see link below). Alternatively, you could contact a similar, (small-scale) business in Holland and propose an international expansion scheme that might benefit you both. I am an American and I do have a form of socialized medicine, in that I have access to care through the Veterans Administration. For all the criticism, I find the VA system works quite efficiently and has good, professional doctors and health care providers. The arguments about health care in the U.S. tend to fall along the merits and costs of health insurance. This totally disregards the real problem, the actual cost of health care. Health insurance companies do not provide health care. They provide a service that helps clients pay for health care, while also charging fees, or premiums to make that help available. Any premiums and deductibles become double payments for the same care. The advantage is that the insurance company can leverage a group price. A universal system would create a large group that has no competition for health care and therefor can set prices.
