1a. Check if they have tried it on before = if not give them a refund, if so tell them to p*ss off ..

2 (a) Screw the supplier down another 10% or take your business elsewhere (b) demand back-hander / Xmas gift and agree whatever price they care to mention ..

3. (a) Demand a pay increase or you will walk out tomorrow. (b) claim it's not your fault, you were dropped in it by XYZ ...

4 (a) Sorry you have been 'downsized' or (b) You have been caught browsing porn sites,

Ans: Why Tesco only..Understand he complaint and exolain. If the Clerk can not explain properoly, take to the higher up. Customer is always right.

2.A food and bevarages manager who work at golf club,communicating with a supplier

Ans: Know that the supplier always tries to supply the bst for your price, but your Members' interest must be at the top in your mind.

3.An employee communicating with a supervisor
Ans: The Supervisor always undertstands ther employee, so also the employee should.

4.A human resources manager commicating with an employee
QAns: Thr employee may have a right suggestion or problem, give a patient hearing and solve.

Oral commmunication in each case is the best, unless other methods are prescribed by the Institutions concerned.
