Hi!
What you would like to do here is a pretty tall order. Mainly, you are looking at around $2 to 3 million. And even with all that money, you really need to have an excellent knowledge of the restaurant business, not to mention a top notch chef and good employees. Restaurant ownership is a huge undertaking and can be a big headache if not done right.
