If you are selling something on eBay, and you get a question from a potential buyer where the answer is clearly in the description, should you still respond to the buyer's question?

I spend a lot of time on my eBay auctions and store descriptions to eliminate unnessesary emails so I don't have to answer the same question over and over again.

At the same time, I wonder if, just out of courtesy, should I really have to answer them? Can I just say thanks for your question please re-read the listing for your answer? I just don't have a lot of time to chit chat.

I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!

I recently took up card making and now have far more than I need to use. I was wondering how to go about selling them to shops. Are there distribution companies or is it just a case of going round local shops trying to get them to buy?

In my home town I've noticed that collectives very often fold or cease to continue as a collective. Are they not as competitive as a traditional company and if so, why?

Yahoo claims to have strict guidelines about spam and advertising, but because they have celebrities representing them, that makes it okay? I also have a product that can literally change people's lives, AND a portion of everything sold goes to Children's Charities. We also have many celebrities that take this product and endorse the children's charities as well. Is there a difference?
