I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I'm trying to start my own t-shirt clothing line. I want it to start small at first and then eventually i'd like to intergrate designs for pants, hats, etc. Does anyone know what i need to do to sell shirts with my own logo on the back of tag? I have cool designs for what goes on the shirt including the logo, but do i need to make (sew) the shirt myself? Also, is it possible to buy shirts from say jerseey or hanes, then pay to have designs printed on them, and finally sell these for my profit? or do I need some kind of license to sell hanes products with my designs? Thanks to anyone who can clear this up to me.

This may be a stupid question but I want to get a small Business Loan from the Government or the bank and use it efficently in a stable business. How can I protect my personal assets if the business fails.
I have above average marketing and sales skills so im sure it will be profitable but some things are beyond your control.

Is there a fee just to have an account on there to sell items? And then how do you handle shipping, would I cover the shipping coverages?

And is it SAFE? ...I worry about that but I have no way to really sell anything like at yard sales ect.

It may sound odd, but this is a business me and a friend are continuing but taking it to clubs. We started female pudding wrestling in our city back in 2005 and we are bringing it back but to clubs in Cleveland this time. We buy the pool and pudding and share expenses with the club. We also pay the girls to wrestle along with any bands that play and we also have sponsors. How do we make this legal, through the state and tax wise?

I have a friend named Nick who made a product and he had it patented. The product that he invented is a hoot! I have good vibes about it and it's going to be marketable. The only dilemma is, how can we advertise it, and which companies should we contact to make this new product a worldwide success?

Because if we answer the question and provide links, our answer get removed and we get violations.
If we don't provide links and state they should contact us and we will give them links, we get violations. Some answers get removed some don't. Is'nt this contradicting to the Yahoo guidlines?
Maybe all those questions should be removed as well. What do you think?

In order to start a business hiring out chocolate fountains for weddings and parties etc, would I need any qualifications in catering, would I need the council health inspector to visit my home, would I indeed be able to run the business from home, and would I need to have catering certificates or anything else?
Has anyone got any ideas of businesses that are easy to start and how to go about it? I've got £5,000 and I'm facing unemployment, thank you.
