It may sound odd, but this is a business me and a friend are continuing but taking it to clubs. We started female pudding wrestling in our city back in 2005 and we are bringing it back but to clubs in Cleveland this time. We buy the pool and pudding and share expenses with the club. We also pay the girls to wrestle along with any bands that play and we also have sponsors. How do we make this legal, through the state and tax wise?

Get a lawyer and discuss the legal issues. I dont know anything about the laws in Cleveland but a good lawyer from there does.

Are you PUDDING us on? Instead of pudding, could you use Jello? Cuz there's always room for Jello.
