Setting up an indoor play centre?

Can anyone tell me a rough figure for how much just the equipment costs? I've checked some websites, but they dont give prices.
I have around 200-250m2 and want to fill 1/2 of it with stuff like, slides, ball pit, climbing frames etc.
Any info much appreciated!
