In the eviction it specifically says that if they remain there, they will be charged with trespass and their property will be considered as abandoned. Will I be able to change locks, if they remain there after the specified date? I gave them a 60 day eviction, and it will be up on Oct. 31.

They continue to call my husband & his sister saying that because their mother bought into it and it has their names listed on it as well that they are liable for paying the charges that she hasn't paid. Is this true?? My husband & his sister never signed anything so we don't know what to do about this!!!! His mother has a serious history of running up debt!!!

...shed in our area. How can we increase what we can borrow, and are the any government schemes designed to help first time buyers? Any help would be really great, because it's really quiet worrying.

The land that backs up against my property in CO. is not accessible for public maintenance. I live in a new development in Falcon Colorado.

The person that represents the water district told me they were going to fence in the wetlands leaving a piece of property that is only accessible from my yard. He also said that if I wanted I could maintain it! I was at a party telling this story and someone said that I could petition for it based on the fact that they are required to maintain it and it would be more costly (actually impossible) to maintain it & therefore would give it to me or possibly sell it to me for $ 1.00.00

Is any of this true and how can I research it?

Thanks in advance and as you can imagine, after paying a $40,000.00 lot premium for my house I’m just now feeling like I may not have been ripped off (or over charged) after all!

If anyone out there has some advice on what I should do next would be great!

Corey

It is now worth about £400.000
When I die my children will have massive death duty.
If I move I have to pay the same for the next house and pay more in estate agent and legal fees, stamp duty etc
If I stay put the insurance keeps going up.
Council tax will go up as well

How I wish the house would fall to the price I paid in 1971 £7000

My Mom put the downpayment for the condo that my brother and I are in. The loan is is my brother's name. My Mom was not able to qualify for the loan at the time. I want to put the condo's title under my Mom as sole owner. She still can't obtain a mortgage. Can we still use my brother's mortgage, but not have him on title and put my Mom as sole owner? Reason being my brother was the sole owner of the property but has recently been threatening to sell the place and keep all the profits. My Mom and I don't want to prevent him to sell the place. I don't want to be on title. Nor do I want my brother on title.

How does the eviction process work? Timeline, probability of being kicked out, etc. A friend of mine just got an eviction notice because of an incident that happened this weekend. Can one incident of a neighbor calling the landlord to complain result in eviction? They are a little worried but the landlord said they could stay if they added more security deposit and payed him some more cash. Is this legal? A lot of questions but it is a little confusing and their landlord is a jackass.
