this house is own by my uncle but he is out of town i wont to buy this house for i can rent it out to other how do i get it

The only way to buy it is to ask your uncle if it's for sale.
If it is, then ask what he wants for it.
If it isn't, then either give it up or make him an offer he can't refuse, which means, not a horse head in his bed lol, but a money amount that's over its value.

Get an Attorney to give you an OTP(offer to purchase) aka. Deed of sale.

Complete the OTP and both you and your uncle have to sign this contract. make sure you qualify for the Loan Amount your Uncle asks for. Get the best rates from the banks and submit.
The Attorneys you get the OTP from will do the legal side
