The house is located at 5331 painters st. in n.o. It is around UNO the lakefront in Gentilly. It is listed with latter&blum #638342. The agent is not working very hard at all.

Sell it to a realty company like Century 21, or go to http://www.homevestors.com

You can sell it yourself the fastest. Depending on your neighborhood, you can probably put a 'For Sale' sign with your number on it and sell it pretty fast. It would help if you have gutted your house and if the outside has been cleaned up some.

I would be interested if you live in Mid City, Broadmoor, or around there.
