have to tell perspective buyers. If not; should I tell being that I am the next door neighbor. Three elderly people were mutalated with screwdrivers in the house and no one rents the house for very long. Now the house is up for sale.

Violent crime must be disclosed, but not by you. The seller must disclose this info.You should say nothing that might hinder your neighbor's ability to sell the house or you can be in legal trouble.

That's a hard call - I'm not sure what the laws of disclosure are. I know any one who is buying the house will be able to check the history of ownership if they chose to. I think I would probably say something to any potential buyers - not really mean and harshly - but try and be nice. Or I would drop a hint to them about checking the history of the home before buying it. Gosh, that really is a tough call. Of course, I wouldn't want to live in a house where that had happened. But I guess it wouldn't bother some people.

No one has proven ghosts exist.
Now the murdered people...that may have to be disclosed. I'm not sure. But I would NOT tell any prospective buyers if I were you. If the seller found out and it's not required to be disclosed you would probably be sued.

I think that the potential buyers should be told about it and decide what they want to do. some people don't care about the house's history but most people do mind.
